Following are the requisites that must be met for the purpose of becoming a registered Franchise of Property Boutique
- You should have a minimum showroom space of 1000-1200 Sq. Ft. in A & B category cities or 600-800 Sq. Ft. in ‘C’category cities.
- The showroom should be strategically located in town & should have convenient access to a parking lot .
- The interiors & design of showroom should be as per the specifications to be given by Property Boutique.
- The brand name, infrastructural support & technical knowledge will be provided by Property Boutique.
- Property Boutique will provide requisites training to Franchise & its staff.
- You can start a Property Boutique outlet with an investment of 15-20 lacs in A & B category towns & 8-10 lacs in ‘C’ category towns & earn Rs 50,000-1,00,000/- per month.
